Do you work in English?
Yes. We work in English, and deal with the Thai authorities in Thai for you.
Can you handle legal and accounting work together?
Yes. Your lawyer, accountant and immigration specialist share your file, so you only explain things once.
Do I need to be in Thailand?
Not for most of the preparation. Banks usually need directors there in person.
Can foreigners own a company in Thailand?
Up to 49% if the business is on the Foreign Business Act’s restricted lists, which include most services. A Foreign Business Licence, BOI promotion or, for Americans, the US Treaty of Amity can allow more.
How do your fees work?
We quote before any work starts, with government fees listed separately.
